At Pothys, we strive to ensure you are delighted with your ethnic wear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy for unworn items with original tags. Please ensure that all silk sarees and designer garments remain in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Pothys account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is unwashed, unused, and has all original brand tags and blouse pieces attached for our quality assurance team to approve the request.

• 3.
  Package & Pickup

  Securely pack the product in its original box and keep it ready for our courier partner, who will arrive for the scheduled pickup within 48 hours.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or Pothys wallet within 7-10 business days.
